“Nightjet” is a brand name given by Austrian railway company ÖBB to its overnight passenger train services. It was launched in with Timetable 2017 after Deutsche Bahn announced it would stop operating night train services at all.
The Nightjet trains doesn’t have a dining car attached and therefore it doesn’t classify as a #SleeperAndEater. But it is possible to order items from the food menu in your compartment which contains warm and cold meals and snacks as well as beverages.
A breakfast is included with a sleeper or a couchette ticket. With a sleeper ticket you can choose 6 items from from a list The on-board service and catering is provided by Newrest.
